nice topic, but I cant agree with bob....I think on a whole we are a bunch of lazy sloths where near enough is good enough long as it looks finished most of the time ( i used to work for a land developer ). We dont cook in caves but a lot of us dont cook at all anymore, just rip off the seal and chuk it in the microwave...and dont tell me it's any better than what the cave guy was cooking. convinience has taken us away from refinement
